ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Abstract Submission Deadline: 6 March 2026
***Abstracts must be submitted no later than midnight (24:00) on March 06, 2026. Abstracts submitted after this deadline will not be accepted.
***Abstracts will be evaluated for oral and poster presentations. Submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Review Committee Members through a blind review process.
Online Abstract Submission System – Operating Principles
Please read the following instructions carefully before preparing your abstract.
A user account must first be created by assigning a username and password through the system. Abstracts created in the system will be recorded for evaluation only after submission approval. Abstracts that are not approved by the submitting author will not be considered for review.
Abstract Submission Guidelines
- The abstract must not exceed 300 words
- The abstract title must consist of no more than 15 words, be written in uppercase letters, and accurately reflect the content of the study.
- Abstracts should preferably be submitted in English.
- Abstracts must be written in Times New Roman, 10-point font, with single line spacing.
- At least three (3) keywords must be provided.
- A maximum of three (3) image files (JPEG or PNG) may be uploaded for each abstract, if desired. Uploaded images may include tables or figures.
- Any abbreviations other than commonly accepted ones used in the title or text must be written in full at first mention, followed by the abbreviation in parentheses.
- As abstracts will be published exactly as submitted, authors are strongly advised to check carefully for spelling and grammatical errors.
- The full name(s) of the author(s), academic title(s), institution(s), city, and contact information must be clearly stated.
- Abstracts will be presented as Oral or Poster presentations.
- Abstracts must include the following sections.
***Objective, Materials and Methods, Results, Conclusion
Acceptance Letter
The presenting author of an accepted abstract must complete the registration process by April 01, 2026. Otherwise, the abstract will not be included in the abstract book.
Oral and Poster Presentation – General Information
A total of 7 minutes will be allocated for oral presentations. Necessary technical equipment will be provided for participants presenting oral abstracts.
Notification of Results
Notification e-mails containing the abstract evaluation results will be sent to the e-mail address registered in the system starting from March 27, 2026.
Authors are responsible for following up on the entire evaluation process related to their abstracts.
