CONGRESS DATES

The 10^th National Congress of the Turkish Society for Transplantation Immunology and Genetics (TIGED) and The 2nd Congress of the Arabian Society for Histocompatibility and Immunogenomics (ARSHI) will be held jointly on May 7–10, 2026.

CONGRESS VENUE

Acapulco Hotel, Northern Cyprus

EXHIBITION AREA

The exhibition area, where pharmaceutical companies and related medical device firms will participate, will be open to delegates from May 7 to 10, 2026, between 08:30 and 18:30.

INVITATION LETTER

An official invitation letter will be provided upon request to participants who need to obtain permission from their institutions to attend the congress.

NAME BADGES

All participants are required to wear their name badges at all times in order to access the congress venue, exhibition area, and social events. Name badges will be distributed during the registration process.

CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE

Certificates of attendance will be sent as e-certificates to all registered participants after the congress.

ENTRY TO TÜRKİYE

• Citizens of Kuwait, Qatar, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates can enter Türkiye without a visa.
• The maximum stay allowed is up to 90 days.
• Nationals of the Syrian Arab Republic, the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the Republic of Armenia need to apply in person to a TRNC Embassy, Representative Office or Consulate General abroad to obtain a visa prior to their travel to the TRNC.

FLIGHTS FROM TÜRKİYE TO CYPRUS

• You can fly directly from Türkiye to the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (Ercan Airport).
• A passport is required for travel (Turkish citizens may use their ID card).

ENTRY TO NORTHERN CYPRUS (TRNC)

• No visa or fee is required to enter Northern Cyprus.
• Instead of a passport stamp, you will receive a small entry card, which indicates your allowed stay (usually 30 or 90 days).
• Please keep this card safely, as it must be presented upon departure.

• Please carry your passport, entry card, return ticket, and hotel reservation details during your stay.
